1. The List of Nuclear installation and facilities exchanged between India and Pakistan.

A) On january 1,1992, the first exchange of lists took place between India and Pakistan.

B) This is the 31st consecutive exchange between 2 countries.

C) This exchange of lists covered under the agreement on the prohibition of attack against nuclear installation.

D) These 2 countries also exchange the list of civilian prisoners and fishermen in their custody. 

2. The Prime Minister lays the foundation stone of Major Dhyan Chand Sports University in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.

A) The PM said, Sports has also been given priority in the new National Education Policy and now has been kept in the same category science, commerce or other studies.

B) Meerut is not only vocal for locals but is also turning local to global. 

C) The capacity of the university will be training of 1080 sports persons including 540 female and 540 male sports persons.

3. Consumer protection rules 2021 has been notified by the centre.

A) Centre notified rules for consumer protection rules i.e jurisdiction of the district commission, state commission and the national commission.

B) The jurisdiction of the district commission shall have to entertain complaints where the value of goods and services paid as consideration does not exceed 50 lakh rupees.

C) Jurisdiction of state commission shall have to entertain complaints where value of goods and services paid as consideration exceeds 50 lakh rupees but does not exceed 2 crore rupees.

D) National commission shall have to entertain complaints where value exceeds 2 crore rupees.

4. 23 Projects worth 17,500 crore rupees inaugurated by the prime minister at Haldwani in Uttarakhand.

A) These projects cover various sectors across the state including Road, housing, irrigation, health infrastructure, sanitation, drinking water supply.

B) These projects include the laying foundation of AIIMS.

C) Under Pradhan mantri gram sadak yojana multiple roads projects are constructed across the state.

5. DRDO celebrated its 64th foundation day on 1 january.

A) In fighting against Covid-19 DRDO plays an important role by setting up around 850 oxygen plants and covid hospital with the help of PM-CARES FUND.

B) DRDO is working under the Department of defense research and development in the Ministry of defense.

C) DRDO was established On january 1, 1958.

6. The GST Council decides to retain the status quo on GST rate on textile to 5%.

A) The GST council decided not to change the gst rate on textile.

B) GST council is a constitutional body under article 279-A, for making recommendations to centre and state governments.

C) The Department of Revenue decided to tax the GST at 12 percent on man made fabrics earlier, on 18 november this year, which came into force from 1st of January.

7. For Public Feedback, the Ministry of Civil Aviation releases Draft of “National Air Sports Policy”(NASP).

A) Vision is to make India one of the top air sports nations by 2030.

B) National Sports Policy (NASP) covers sports like aerobatics, aeromodelling, ballooning, drones, gliding etc.

C) Schools, colleges and universities will be encouraged to have air sports in their curriculum.

D) To make air sports affordable to the common people, the Government of India will request the GST council to consider rationalising the GST rate on air sports equipment to 5% or less.

E) NASP mission is to provide a safe, affordable, accessible, enjoyable and sustainable air sports ecosystem in india.
