1. The Finance Minister recently announced e-passports to increase the convenience of the citizens.
A) The e-passports contain a small silicon chip and a memory of 64 KB. The chip holds the personal information of the holder.
B) This chip can store 30 visits and includes their signature as well.
C) e-passports help to reduce the use of fake passports and can be scanned very quickly.
2. According to the IMF total oil reserve of Uganda is 6.5 billion barrels and the recoverable reserve is 1.4 billion barrels.
A) The crude oil of Uganda is medium-light and the presence of sulphur is low in Uganda.
B) The pour point of this oil is 49 degrees Celsius. The entire stretch of the 1443km pipeline should be heated electrically.
C) To build a huge oil pipeline in Uganda the Chinese and French oil giants have signed an agreement.
3. For the safety of the Indian railway’s finance minister announced the KAVACH technology.
A) Government allocated Rs 1,37,000 crores to the railway along with Kavach technology.
B) Government planning to launch 400 Vande Bharat trains with a running distance of 2000 km.
C) To help the local businesses, the government also launched the “One Station One product”.
D) The Railways has received Rs 20,000 crores more as compared to the previous budget.
4. The Government of India has digitised 90% of Land records in the country under the Digital India Land Record Modernisation Programme (DILRMP).

7. Cleaning rural areas, improving sanitation conditions and waste management with public participation Andhra Pradesh government starting CLAP programme.

8. Vibrant Villages Programme is set to work on improving connectivity across the northern border.
