1. Recently the World Health Organization (WHO) has suspended the supply of Covaxin.
A) Covaxin is developed in collaboration with Bharat Biotech, the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) and the National Institute of Virology (NIV).
B) The ‘whole-virion inactivated Vero cell’ technique is used to develop the Covaxin.
2. Recently India has decided to contribute USD 500,000 to ‘UN Women’.
A) The UN Women is working under the United Nations for women’s empowerment and gender equality.
B) The UN Women especially works for the rights of LGBTIQ+, women and girls.

3. According to the Commerce and Industry Ministry India’s goods exports grew 43.2 per cent in 2021-22 to nearly USD 418 billion.

4. On 04th April 2022, Anurag Thakur launched Broadcast Seva Portal (BSP).

10. Surat is the Indian first city to get a road built from processed steel slag.
A) This road has been built as a joint-venture project by the Union Steel Ministry, Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), Central Road Research Institute (CRRI), and ArcelorMittal-Nippon Steel (AM/NS).
B) The steel slag road has been constructed using pressure cells, strain gauges, thermocouples, and displacement gauges to measure deformation that is load-induced.
