4) Padma Shri Awardee Sindhutai Sapkal also known as “Orphan Children’s Mother” died of a heart attack.

A) She had completed 74 years and received Padma Shri last year.

B) She grew up in poverty and went on to set up institutes for orphan children.

C) She had till now raised 1050 orphan children.

5) The Vice President recalled “Nai Talim” proposed by Mahatma Gandhi at Silver Jubilee celebrations of Mahatma Gandhi International Hindi University.

8) The European Union bans Tattoo Ink and Permanent makeup consisting of chemicals.

A) The substances have been banned as they are hazardous to health and cause cancer.

B) Ban covers hazardous substances like azo dyes, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, carcinogenic aromatic Amines, metals and methanol.

C) Seven EU countries have already applied the ban at National Level.

9) SBI, HDFC and ICICI Bank continue to be Domestic Systemically Important Banks (D-SIBs) as per RBI.

A) RBI places D-SIBs in appropriate buckets on the basis of their Systemic Importance Scores (SISs).

B) The three banks continue to be in list under same bucketing structure as there in 2020

C) D-SIBs are perceived as banks which are Too Big To Fail.

10) Man in Jharkhand thrashed and burnt by Villagers under Khunt Katti Law.

A) Man was alleged for cutting trees and selling them in the market, which is a violation of Khuntkatti law.

B) According to Villagers the man was warned twice during Gram Sabha meetings.
