1) India’s largest power utility NTPC joins UNs CEO Water Mandate.

A) CEO Water Mandate is a coveted league of companies focusing on efficient water management.

B) It has been designed to assist companies in developing ,implementing and disclosing comprehensive water strategies and policies.

C) NTPC to follow policy of 3 R- Reduce, Reuse and Recycle of water conservation.

2) Union Minister of Panchayati Raj released A Model Panchayati Citizens Charter.

A) It has been prepared by MoPR in collaboration with National Institute of Rural development and Panchayati Raj(NIRDPR).

B) The PLI scheme will be implemented within an overall financial limit of Rs 6238 crores over a period of 5 years.

C) It is observed for encouraging World Wide Awareness and action to protect our environment.

8) DBT-NII received the trademark for India’s first Indigenous Tumour Antigen SPAG9.

A) SPAG9 antigen has received the trademark ASPAGNII.

B) ASPAGNIITM is being used in dendritic cell (DC) based immunotherapy in cervical, ovarian cancer.
