1) Telangana becomes first  large state to complete 100% 1st dose Covid Vaccination.

A) Telangana vaccinated 2.77 crore citizens with the first dose.

B) PM Modi announces to roll out third precaution doses of covid vaccine for Health and Frontline workers.

C) Senior Citizens with comorbidities are eligible for booster dose.

2) Defence Minister Rajnath Singh virtually launches 27 Border Road Projects.

A) The Projects will be constructed by the Border Roads Organisation.

B) BRO Cafes will also be set up at 75 places under Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav.

C) Aim of the Projects will be to ensure swift movement of troops across India’s borders with China and Pakistan.

3) All India Coordinated Research Project (AICRP) bags The National Breed Conservation Award 2021 on poultry breeding.

A) Award carries a prize money of Rs 10,000 and citation.

B) The National Breed Conservation Award was established by ICAR-NBAGR.

C) Award was presented at Kisan Divas celebrations by ICAR-NBAGR.

4) The Skill Development Ministry launches a Project to Upskill the Cane and Bamboo Artisans of Nagaland.

A) It is launched under Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL), a component of Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY).

B) Objective is to upskill local weavers and artisans to enhance their productivity.

C) Project targets to upskill over 4000 craftsmen and artisans.

5) CSIR-CMERI hands over non-exclusive rights for indigenously developed “Vehicle Mounted Drain Cleaning System” to Maniar and Co.

A) It is a mechanized scavenging system consisting of 3 modules.

B) CSIR-CMERI is a public engineering research and development institution in Durgapur.

C) CSIR-CMERI Municipal Solid Waste Management Technology holds potential to be a game changer in the domain of waste management.

6) The Multi Product pipeline from Bina Refinery (MP) to POL Terminal at Panki dedicated to the Nation by PM Modi.

A) It is a 356 km long project and has a capacity of 3.45 million metric tonne per annum.

B) Project also includes augmentation of Tankage capacity and construction of Rail Loading Gantry at Panki POL Terminal.

C) It will improve availability of products in Eastern Uttar Pradesh, Central Uttar Pradesh, Northern Bihar and Southern Uttarakhand.

7) CESL achieves a milestone of distributing 50 lakhs LED bulbs under Project Crore of Gram Ujala Programme.

A) It is being implemented in rural households in Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Telangana.

B) The Programme is active till March 2022.

C) CESL is supported by C-Quest in distribution under the SHINE programme.

8) PM Modi inaugurated the complete section of Kanpur Metro Rail Project.

A) All 9 stations have been certified with platinum rating by the Green Building Council.

B) It consists of two corridors.

C) Entire length of the metro rail project is 32 km long.
