SSC CGL 2021 Notification
The Official Notification of SSC CGL 2020-21 has been released by the Staff Selection Commission of India on 29th December 2020. The online application window has been open for one month from 29th December 2020 to 31st January, 2021.
The latest update regarding the date of the Tier 1 examination was released on 02.07.21.
The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) conducts the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) exam for the recruitment of Grade “B” and Grade “C” category posts in various Government Ministries, Departments and Offices.
SSC CGL is considered to be one of the biggest examinations to be conducted for graduate students in India. SSC conducts SSC CGL every year to recruit staff for various posts in the various Ministries and Departments of the Government of India and its Subordinate Offices. SSC CGL 2021 will be a great opportunity for students looking forward to a position in the reputed organizations under the central government. Every year thousands of vacancies are filled by SSC in Government departments. While a government job helps to build a stable career, it is also loaded with responsibilities.
SSC CGL 2021 Exam Date
The exam is held in 4 stages called Tiers. While the first two are online the latter two are offline exams. The entire process of registration and communication happens online through the official website of SSC CGL.
SSC had published the SSC Calendar & revised schedule of all SSC exams to be conducted by SSC during 2020-21. As per the exam calendar & official notification of CGL, the Online Exam for the SSC CGL 2021 Tier I exam was scheduled to be conducted from May 29 to June 7, 2021. However, this was postponed keeping the pandemic situation in mind.

The online application process for SSC CGL 2021 exam has begun on 29th December 2020 and will continue till 31st January 2021.
SSC CGL Vacancy 2021
The tentative vacancy for SSC CGL 2021 exam has been released on 25th February 2021. The tentative vacancies for the examination are 7035. Last year, a total of 8582 Vacancies were notified by SSC in which 3674 vacancies were declared for the General category. The vacancies have seen a decrease as compared to previous years.
