1) Ladakh becomes the first Union Territory to achieve 100% first dose coverage.

A) It becomes the first Union Territory to vaccinate all residents and guest population, including migrant labourers, hotel workers and nepalese citizens.

B) 6821 Nepalese citizens living in Union Territory Were administered the vaccine.

C) Second dose has been administered to 60,936 people.

5) MoU Signed between India and Nepal for execution of 679 MW Lower Arun Hydro Electric Project in Nepal.

A) It has been signed between Satluj Jal Vidyut Nigam(SJVN) a CPSE under Ministry of Power and Investment Board of Nepal in Kathmandu.

B) It is a downstream development of Arun 3 HEP.

C) The project will generate 2970 million units of electricity per annum.

6) Union Home Minister inaugurates National Forensics Science University in Ahmedabad.

A) It was decided to establish this centre during the formation of the NDA government for the second time.

B) 7 states of the country have expressed their desires to open Colleges and Center of excellence affiliated to the national Forensic Science University, Gujarat.

7) Union Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar to address 40th foundation day of NABARD.

A) National BAnk for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) was established in 1982.

B) Objective is to promote agriculture and rural development through participative financial and non financial interventions, innovations and institutional developments.

C) It provides refinancing facilities to Commercial Banks , State Cooperative banks, Central Cooperative Banks and Regional rural banks and Land development banks.

8) US approves “Blue Origin License” for Human Space Travel.

A) Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos to fly to space through Blue Origin’s maiden crewed voyage.

B) Blue Origin is approved to carry humans while the FAA license is valid through August.

C) It is approved to conduct these missions from its Launch Site One Facility in Texas.
