1) Researchers at IIT Madras develop the AI tool NBDriver (Neighbourhood Driver).

A) It will be used in analysing cancer causing mutation in cells.

B) This technique of looking at genomic neighbourhoods to make out the nature of the mutation is a novel and largely unexplored one.

C) Method of distinguishing between driver and passenger mutations solely by looking at the neighbourhood is novel.

2) Indian Navy accepts two MH-60R Multi Role Helicopters (MRH) from the US navy.

A) It was done at a ceremony held at Naval Air Station North Island, San Diego.

B) The ceremony marked the formal transfer of these helicopters from the US Navy to Indian Navy.

C) MH-60R is an all weather helicopter designed to support multiple missions with state of art avionics/sensors.

3) The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways amended CMVR 1989, formalising the registration process of vintage motor vehicles.

A) It is aimed at preserving and promoting the heritage of old vehicles in India.

B) Vintage Motor Vehicles shall not be driven on roads for regular /commercial purposes.

C) All 2/4 wheelers, 50+ years old, maintained in their original form shall be defined as Vintage Motor Vehicles.

4) PMAY-Urban launches ” AWAS PAR SAMVAD”, a series of 75 seminars and workshops.

A) French director Julia Ducournau of “Titane” wins Palme d’or.

C) Landry Jones won the best actor prize for his lead role in Nitram.

6) Two Indian Organization Athimalai Pazhangudiyinar Producer Co Ltd and Snehakunja Trust wins UNDP Equator Prize 2021.

A) These two communities will win a prize amount of 10,000 USD.

B) The UNDP Equator Prize was started in 2002.

7) IRCON conducts a successful train trial between Jaynagar in India and Kurtha in Nepal.

A) IRCON has set up the Jamnagar-Kurtha Railway under the India-Nepal friendship rail project financed by Indian Government.

B) Indian Railway construction Limited (IRCON) is a subsidiary of Indian Railways.
