1) PM Modi inaugurated the renovated Jallianwala Bagh Complex in Amritsar.

A) PM Modi is also the chairperson of Jallianwala Bagh Memorial Trust.

3) Pradhan Mantri Jan-Dhan Yojana (PMJDY) National Mission for Financial Inclusion completes 7 years.

A) It ensures access to financial services namely Banking, Remittance, Credit, Insurance, Pension in an affordable manner.

B) Total Deposit balances under PMJDY Accounts stand at Rs 1,46,230 crore.

C) PMJDY account is treated as inoperative if there are no customer induced transactions in the account for over a period of two years

4) Association of Renewable Energy of States (AREAS) celebrated its 7th Foundation day.

A) MoUs were signed between AREAS and three institutions, National Institute of Solar Energy, National Institutes of Wind Energy and Sardar Swaran Singh National Institute of Bio Energy.

B) AREAS came into existence in 2014 on the initiative of  MNRE.

C) All state Nodal Agencies for renewable energy are members of AREAS.

5) IAF flight carrying 24 Indian and 11 Nepalese landed in Delhi under Operation Devi Shakti.

A) It is an ongoing operation of IAF to evacuate Indian Citizens and Foreign Nationals from Afghanistan.

B) The capital city of Afghanistan has fallen to the Taliban.

6) The President of India inaugurates Mahayogi Goraknath Vishwavidyalaya.

A) It is being inaugurated at Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh.

B) University would conduct employment generating courses.

C) Maharana Pratap educational Council established in 1933 with the goal of social upliftment through spread of education.

7) ICG Ship Vigraha seventh in series of OPV commissioned by Defence Minister Rajnath Singh.

A) The ship will be based in Visakhapatnam and operate on eastern seaboard under Operational and Administrative control of Commander.

B) It will complement 11 officers and 110 sailors and has been designed by Larsen and Toubro ShipBuilding Limited.
