1. The Rafale fighter jet was recently tested on INS Vikrant to check on the take-off from the aircraft carrier.

A) INS Vikrant aircraft carrier is the first to be built in India by the Cochin Shipyard Limited for the Indian Navy.

B) Rafale fighter aircraft designed and built by Dassault Aviation.

C) These aircraft have lots of features like anti-ship strike, nuclear deterrence, ground support, etc.

2. Konkurs-M anti-tank guided missile is a second-generation missile manufactured by Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL).

A) This missile is launched from a BMP-II tank or a ground launcher respectively.

B) Range of the Konkurs-M anti-tank guided missile is 75 to 4000 metres.

C) Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL) and the Indian Army signed a contract to manufacture and supply Konkurs-M anti-tank guided missiles.

D) It was established in 1970 in Hyderabad.

3. Param Pravega is a supercomputer mix of heterogeneous nodes and Intel Xeon cascade lake processor for CPU nodes.

A) This is developed based on CentOS-7 distribution to operate using Linux OS.

B) This supercomputer is helpful for R&D activities, genomics, flood warning and prediction etc.

C)This is the largest supercomputer in India with a capacity of 3.3 petaflops.

D) Param Pravega supercomputer is designed and developed by the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) and installed at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bengaluru.

4. Every 4th February of every year, World Cancer Day raises awareness and reduces the global impact of Cancer.

A) Union of International Cancer Control (UICC) has been declared as a “Global Uniting Initiative”.

B) ‘Close the Care Gap’ was the theme of World Cancer Day 2022.

C) It was started on 04 February 2000 in Paris during the World Cancer Conference for New Millennium.

5. “Square Kilometre Array Observatory (SKAO)” is a mega-science project in India.

A) It is the world’s largest radio telescope and gets monetary contribution by Square Kilometre Array (SKA).

B) Australia and South Africa started to build SKA in the 1990s and India is a member country of SKA.

6. Chhattisgarh has recently been enabled by the One Nation One Ration card scheme.

A) This scheme has become operational in 35 states and union territories.

B) This scheme works on the Integrated Management of Public Distribution System portal.

C) Aadhaar numbers linked to ration cards and e-point of sale machines are installed in PDS to get subsidies in the country.

7. One-kilometre-long stretch in North Delhi to be built by the Public Works Department (PWD) with honour the Olympic champions.
